Always loves us some Five Guys. Family favorite. Seem to be dialing back on the fries (not a ding, just an observation from several recent visits). Ingredients always fresh. Wish they'd source and offer a gluten friendly bun. Yay peanuts!

This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a special meal, this place comes straight to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.generous team, and good mood. In addition to that, the expence is good. I praise this place with pleasure.

As usual Five Guys deserves five stars! This particular location in Maryland offered great service and great food. My wife and I both got the little Burgers which is just one patty. Then we split the small fries and of course we had to have a peanut butter milkshake! We came away with full tummies and enjoyed various customers that came in!

Ordered through door dash 2 burgers the exact same way and both showed up the wrong way. Receipt and order shown in picture. This is pretty ridiculous.

On multiple occasions I've asked for my burger meat to be well done and it was still very pink on the inside.

My sandwich is a nasty mess, they gave me about 12 fries, and were obviously messing everyone else's orders up too as I watched several people return their orders. It was uniquely pathetic to watch. Don't waste your time here.

Great Burgers, Fries and love the drink options. Whole family loves the burgers. When we let kids decide where they want to eat, it's usually unanimous. that alone get them 5 Stars

Poor customer service from the cashier! The guy that took my order also was the cook. He pulled his phone out of his pockets with his gloves still on and had the nerve to get back on the front line. I politely said for him to change his gloves and he had an instant attitude. That’s horrible sanitary practice especially with a virus going around.

What a phenomenal, made to order, around the way burger! I love Five Guys. I’ve been eating at five guys for more than 10 years and they haven’t changed a bit. Still offering great burgers & homemade fries and unlimited peanuts. This location is my favorite Five Guys. Staff I’m outside whenever you’re ready very friendly and cooks always oblige to any special order request.

If you want a burger, nothing beats the real thing. At 10 dollars, it's worth every penny. For a change of pace, the bacon and cheese hotdog is the awesome.

I give this place 5 stars only because I love 5 guys food. I had a really bad experience at this 5 guys and called up management and they took care of it long story short they sent me a E gift card from way more than they had to

I ordered food via Door Dash. I bit into my burger to find a white string!! I reached out to 5 Guys and was told it possibly was from the potato bags. I don’t care! How can you be so careless when preparing food??!! I asked for my money back 5 days ago with no response. Disgusting!! I have pictures to share.

What's the point to ordering online?Ordered food online at 7:32.Estimated completion time of 7:40.Our arrival time was 7:42.We got there and one employee was eating and two working. There was only one other guy in line in front of us. While I'll add there was a lengthy line forming behind us, we were hopeful we would get our food in a timely manner. Eventually everybody else got there food before we got our lettuce wrapped burgers and fries.The time we got our food was at 8:11.What's the point to ordering online?
